Installation Guide

Follow these steps to flash the firmware onto your MicroSD card.

Download Image

Download the official WalnutPi Zero 2W .zip file from the dashboard above.

Flash to SD Card

Use BalenaEtcher or Raspberry Pi Imager to flash the image to an 8GB+ MicroSD card.

Boot Device

Insert the MicroSD card into your WalnutPi Zero 2W and connect power to initialize the OS.

Important First Boot Notice

The very first boot will take approximately 2-3 minutes as the filesystem automatically expands to fill your SD card's entire capacity. The device may reboot once automatically. Do not unplug the device during this process.
